NC Diamond Home Services provides professional exterior cleaning services including:

Appointments: All services require advance booking. Appointments are scheduled based on availability and may be subject to weather conditions.
Cancellations: We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
Rescheduling: Due to the nature of exterior cleaning, appointments may need to be rescheduled due to weather. We will contact you to arrange an alternative time.
Estimates: All quotes provided are estimates only. Final pricing may vary based on actual scope of work, property conditions, and additional services requested.
Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
Deposits: For large projects or commercial accounts, a deposit may be required before work begins.
Overdue Payments: Accounts overdue by 30 days may be subject to collection actions. Customer agrees to pay all collection costs including reasonable attorney fees.

Quality Guarantee: We stand behind our work and are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days and we will return to address any concerns at no additional charge.

NC Diamond Home Services maintains comprehensive general liability insurance coverage. Proof of insurance is available upon request prior to service.
Any claims for property damage must be reported within 48 hours of service completion with photographic evidence. We will work with you in good faith to resolve any legitimate claims covered under our policy.
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of NC Diamond Home Services and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
